Who Do We Think We Are? Illinois - 200 Years and Counting

200 years ago, on December 3, 1818, Illinois became the 21st state in the Union. Now is the perfect time to pay tribute to the amazing people, places, and things that are being BORN, BUILT & GROWN in Illinois every single day.  The Illinois Bicentennial will celebrate all that is great in Illinois: our history, our people, and our communities.
It is a Once-In-A-Lifetime Opportunity, and you are invited to join the celebration!  For more info, visit Illinois Bicentennial Celebration.

Be sure to reserve your seat as the Clark County Historical Society presents fun and historical facts about our state on Thursday, August 16 at 6:30 p.m. in the library’s Dale McConchie meeting room.

Please register for the free program by calling the library or using the online registration form. Marshall Public Library is located at 612 Archer Avenue and is handicap accessible. Kindly give 24 hours notice if special accommodations are required.
