Connecting Generations Mentoring Program

Would you like one-on-one help to learn how to use the Internet or other technology?

Connecting Generations mentoring program can help! This free program matches adults with student volunteers to learn technology and is a community partnership between Marshall Public Library, Marshall High School, Harlan Hall, the local University of Illinois extension, and East Central Illinois Development Corporation. One-on-one mentoring sessions are conducted at the library with library computers or you may bring your own laptop, Ipad, ereader, etc.

Learn internet skills such as how to send and receive pictures and emails, stay in contact with friends or family who no longer live close by, explore interesting websites to search for weather, health information, news, and much more. Or learn more about your e-reader or cell phone! For more information or to set up a mentoring appointment, call the library today at 217 - 826 - 2535.
