Through a generous grant from the Illinois State Library, Illinois Heartland Library System is working in conjunction with RAILS (Reaching Across Illinois Library System) to develop a statewide e-book consortium. 

3M Cloud eBooks and audiobooks can be downloaded directly from our regular catalog or through the 3M app. Library patrons can use their library cards to checkout and download eBooks directly to:

• eReaders that use the EPUB format (this does NOT include Kindle eReaders)
• Tablets, including iPads, Android tablets, and the Kindle Fire
• Smartphones and music players
• Personal computers and laptops
