This site can can guide you to resources to help you with your legal problem, including court forms, legal information, and referrals to free or low-cost legal aid lawyers.
The forms located HERE have been approved for use by the Illinois Supreme Court Commission on Access to Justice and are required to be accepted in all Illinois courts. There are printable forms for many different types of cases.
